Bienvenido a TerapiaFisicaPR. Este sitio web está diseñado para conectar pacientes con terapistas físicos en Puerto Rico.
Al acceder a nuestro portal, ACEPTAS CUMPLIR con estos Términos y Condiciones de Uso.
Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, NO UTILICES NUESTROS SERVICIOS.

 1. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SERVICIO
TerapiaFisicaPR es un directorio digital para buscar terapistas físicos certificados por ubicación, especialidad o condición de salud.
También se publica contenido educativo y recursos.

⚠ IMPORTANTE: TerapiaFisicaPR NO ofrece servicios médicos ni de terapia física directamente. Solo conecta pacientes con terapistas.

2. REGISTRO Y USO DE LA PLATAFORMA

PARA PACIENTES:

• No necesitan registrarse para buscar.
• Deben contactar directamente a los terapistas.
• TerapiaFisicaPR NO se hace responsable por los servicios ofrecidos. 

PARA TERAPISTAS FÍSICOS:

• Deben registrarse con información válida y licencia vigente.
• Pueden elegir entre planes GRATUITOS o PAGOS, según el nivel de visibilidad. 
• TerapiaFisicaPR puede verificar credenciales y eliminar perfiles que incumplan normas éticas.
• Cada terapista es responsable por la información en su perfil. 

 3. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL USUARIO
Al usar TerapiaFisicaPR, aceptas:
✔ Usar el portal con fines legítimos
✔ Brindar información veraz
✔ No acosar, estafar, mentir ni publicar contenido ofensivo o ilegal
✔ No ofrecer servicios fuera del alcance legal de la profesión

4. TARIFAS Y PAGOS

• El acceso es GRATUITO PARA PACIENTES 
• Los perfiles pagos ofrecen MAYOR VISIBILIDAD
• Pagos procesados por un SISTEMA EN LÍNEA PROTEGIDO
• OFRECEMOS REEMBOLSOS, según nuestra política y tras evaluación
• Ver más en la Política de Reembolso 

5. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Todo el contenido del sitio es propiedad de TerapiaFisicaPR o sus licenciatarios.
NO está permitido copiar ni distribuir sin autorización.

6. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
TerapiaFisicaPR NO se responsabiliza por:

• Errores en los perfiles
• La calidad de los servicios ofrecidos
• Fallos técnicos o interrupciones 

7. CANCELACIÓN DE CUENTAS
Podemos suspender o eliminar cuentas si:

• Hay información falsa
• Se detecta actividad fraudulenta
• Se incumplen estos términos

8. MODIFICACIONES
Los términos pueden actualizarse en cualquier momento.
Cualquier cambio importante será notificado en esta página.

9. PRIVACIDAD Y DATOS
Tu información personal se maneja según nuestra Política de Privacidad, siguiendo leyes de Puerto Rico y, cuando aplique, el GDPR.

Welcome to TerapiaFisicaPR. This website is designed to connect patients with licensed physical therapists in Puerto Rico. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description
TerapiaFisicaPR is a digital directory that helps users find licensed physical therapists based on location, specialty, or health condition. The platform also publishes educational content and useful resources.

Important: TerapiaFisicaPR does not provide medical or physical therapy services directly. We are a platform that connects patients with physical therapists.

2. Registration and Use of the Platform
For Patients:

• You may search for physical therapists without registering.
• You must contact therapists directly for appointments or consultations.
• TerapiaFisicaPR is not responsible for the services provided by listed therapists. 

For Physical Therapists:

• You must register and provide valid information about your license and specialty.
• You can choose from different membership plans: free or paid, each offering varying visibility levels.
• TerapiaFisicaPR reserves the right to verify credentials and approve, reject, or remove profiles that violate professional ethical standards.
• Therapists are responsible for keeping their profile information accurate and up to date. 

3. User Responsibilities
By using TerapiaFisicaPR, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Avoid fraudulent activities or harassment of other users.
• Refrain from posting false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Avoid offensive language, inappropriate images, or promoting services beyond the legal scope of the profession.

TerapiaFisicaPR is not responsible for interactions between patients and therapists. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

4. Fees and Payments

• Access to the platform is free for patients.
• Therapists may purchase paid profiles for increased visibility.
• All payments are processed securely through a protected online payment system. 
• Refunds are offered in accordance with our Refund Policy and are subject to review by our team.

5. Intellectual Property
The content on TerapiaFisicaPR (brand, design, text, and images) is the property of the platform or third parties with proper licenses.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability
TerapiaFisicaPR is not responsible for:

• Inaccurate information in therapist profiles.
• The quality of services provided by therapists.
• Website downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Account Cancellation
We may suspend or delete accounts if:

• False information is provided.
• Fraudulent or abusive activities are detected.
• These terms are violated.

8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Important changes will be posted on this page.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
